• For Live Casino, outcomes determined by the live dealer in the studio are final once the round is declared complete.

Ago909 provides its entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis and makes every effort to ensure service availability and reliability. However, ago909 cannot guarantee the service will always be free from disruptions, particularly due to factors beyond the platform's control such as the member's internet service provider outages, scheduled infrastructure maintenance, or force majeure events.

Ago909 is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from a Member's own gaming decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by a Member's internet connection or device.
• Losses arising from unauthorized account use due to a Member's negligence in securing their password.
• Third-party content that may be accessible via links within the platform.

Members may request account closure at any time via the account settings menu or by contacting the ago909 support team. Before closure, all legitimate wins will be paid out upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding obligations.

Ago909 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• There is strong indication of a violation of Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct and Sanctions).
• KYC verification could not be completed within the specified timeframe.
• There is suspicious activity that could potentially harm the platform or other members.
• Required by a competent legal authority.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, the balance in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the severity and nature of the proven violation.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions take effect from the date stated in the update. By continuing to use the ago909 platform after that effective date, members are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the changes made.

If a Member does not agree to the changes made, the Member may request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

If a dispute arises between a Member and ago909 regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms & Conditions, both parties agree to first resolve it through ago909's official communication channel — by contacting the customer support team available 24 hours a day.

Ago909 is committed to responding to all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and providing transparent explanations based on stored system records. For disputes relating to game outcomes, gameplay session recordings may be used as a reference during the investigation process.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in ago909's operational jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the appropriate resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.
